Real numbers, or none at all.
We only publish case studies that are verified and approved by the client. You won't find invented testimonials or estimated savings here.
First case studies in progress
Hermes is a new practice. As engagements are completed, results will be documented to the standard below and published here with the client's permission.
Every case study
must show four things.
If a result can't be documented this way, we don't publish it.
Baseline
Where the operation started: sales, food cost %, labor %, prime cost, and service time.
Actions
What was changed and who owned each change.
Timeframe
When the work happened and how long it took to see results.
Actual results
Measured outcomes, not projections, approved by the client.
